I have to agree with Scotty G. this run really kind of sucked eggs!!! the run was too early i never was able to make time to eat or even drink any water. i was not prepared at all for todays run. my knees are really hurting, my thighs are so sore that i cant sit at all, and my big toe leading up to the metatarsal is really becoming a problem too. i still feel a little dizzy from the end of the workout. today was just not a great day for a run like that.

Today i did the most mileage that i have done in quite a while. i would have never been able to do this much if it wasnt for the rain. the rain made the run so much more easier for me. so thanks to mother nature. the first couple miles my chest was not feeling too well. it was hard for me to breathe, but as the run progressed my body began to finally cooperate with me. im feeling a lot tougher and can keep up on running a lot more. hopefully i can make it to x- country practice tomorrow.

Couldnt make it to x-country workouts today because my parents told me i couldnt go and that i was grounded. i dont want to post why i was grounded, but i also might not be able to make it for tomorrows workout either. so today i had to do the run on my own. i decided to do my 8 miles with 3 min. on and 2 min. off through downtown to sugarhouse. it was extremely hot because i ran at 3pm today. it was a wrong idea. i felt pretty efficient with keeping up with the pace and gaining every 3 min. felt very sore on my thigh muscles, but felt pretty great throughout the whole run

to start off today... it was a little too early for a run for me. this workout was a little hard and very tiring, but i felt that the advanced group was really sticking with each other. the run down back to highland was a little too rushed and my pelvic region is now really cramping up. doesnt feel great at all right now. all in all i thought todays workout was great... 10.5 miles is a great workout
